Prospect Medical Holdings is committed to providing employees, staff and others with opportunities to raise questions and concerns. If you have a good faith concern about a regulatory issue, violation of policy or our Code of Conduct, we encourage you to first raise those issues directly with your supervisor or members of management. You also may ask a question or raise your concern though this help and hotline. When using this help line please provide as many details as possible (e.g., names, dates, witnesses, details of incidents) so that a thorough review can be conducted. While it is preferable to identify yourself so that we can contact you if we need additional information, you may also report anonymously. Please note that anonymous reports may be difficult to fully investigate without contact information and/or specifics regarding the alleged incidents or events. Reports are kept confidential to the extent possible by law and policy. We also encourage you to contact your HR representative directly if you have an employment concern, including issues relating to harassment, discrimination or protected class.
Prospect and its affiliates may not retaliate against employees who provide confidential information in good faith regarding possible illegal activities in the workplace or who refuse to participate in an activity that violates or otherwise does not comply with the law.
If you have additional questions, please reach out to your local compliance officer or the Prospect Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer.
